Our Executive Director – Bay Area will join a national movement changing the trajectory for our country’s most underserved youth during a unique window in time:
As our founding Executive Director in the Bay Area, you get to build a vision, a strategy and a team that together ensures more than 2,000 students become OneGoal Fellows and that at least 60% graduate from a post-secondary institution within five years. Your initial efforts will be focused on the East Bay (Oakland and Richmond) and from there, you’ll monitor demographic shifts across the ensure our program meets students where they most need it.
